RENTAL INFORMATION

Our chocolate fountain rental packages are designed to offer you the most flexibilty. All packages include your choice of dark, milk or white premium Callebaut Belgium chocolate. We cannot provide fresh fruit dipping items, however we can provide pre-packaged items of marshmellows, rice krispy cookies, graham crackers and pretzels for an additional charge. We are happy to provide a list of suggested items with your rental and will work with you, your caterer or banquet facility to insure your special event is a success. Deposit and Cancellation Policy: $150 deposit (34"& 27") $30 deposit (per 19" unit) required at time of booking, refundable less $15.00 service charge with 2 weeks notice. (May reschedule one time only at no charge) Cancellation with less than two weeks notice: forfeit deposit. Payment in full due two weeks prior to event. Chocolate Fountains of the Eastern Sierra will refund 100% or reschedule events cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control - severe weather or illness.
